connection
Lunaro Group was founded by Joseph and Stephanie in 2020 through a shared passion for hospitality, people, and creating memorable experiences.
Joseph discovered hospitality after transitioning from carpentry into bar and venue operations, where he was drawn to the energy, pace, and connection that great venues create.
Stephanie brought a strong commercial and operational background after more than a decade in buying and category management at Woolworths Group.
What began as a single venue has grown into a hospitality group built on instinct, experience, and a long term vision for creating spaces people genuinely enjoy returning to.

Joseph leads the vision and growth of Lunaro Group, overseeing concept development, partnerships, and venue experience across the group. With a hands on approach to hospitality, he remains closely connected to the operations, people, and culture behind each venue.

Stephanie leads operations across Lunaro Group, overseeing financial performance, systems, purchasing, and team alignment. Focused on structure, culture, and execution, she ensures each venue operates efficiently while staying aligned to the broader vision of the group.
